The country’s trade balance became positive

According to Tasnim news agency, the deputy of Iranian customs said: the country’s trade balance in April was 875 million dollars as the value of exported goods exceeded that of imported goods.
Faroud Asgari, the deputy of customs affairs of Iran Customs, in describing Iran’s non-oil trade in April 1401, said: In the first month of the year, the country’s non-oil exports reached seven million 324 thousand tons and a value of three billion and 699 million dollars, which despite a 10% decrease in relative weight During the same period, it has grown by 25% in value.

He added: In April, the country’s imports were 2.252 million tons of goods, worth 2.824 billion dollars, which has increased by 10% in weight and 1% in value compared to April of the previous year.
The deputy of customs affairs further said: Considering the country’s export of three billion and 699 million dollars and import of two billion and 824 million dollars in April 1401, the country’s trade balance shows a positive of 875 million dollars.
